Residential Paving - North Texas
We are a small local company doing big things. We pave residential driveways of any size, using expert approaches to create strong, great looking drives! This is accomplished with Gravel, Asphalt, Recycled Asphalt, Concrete and more. We work in North Texas in places like McKinney, Princeton, Aubrey, Celina, Pilot Point, Anna, and many more. Here is a breakdown of what we can accomplish for you:
Gravel
Great driveways start with gravel and dirt work, and many driveways are finished with gravel as well. There are many types of gravel available including TxDOT approved Flex Base Gravel in any grade, Granite Driveway Gravel, Limestone Chip Stone, Concrete Fines, Decomposed Granite, and many more. We have samples to provide, or examples of our work for you to see in any of these styles in the area.
Hot Mix Asphalt - Blacktop
We are able to provide hot mix asphalt paving in many areas of Texas. All our hot mix asphalt is TxDOT certified and is paved with a professional paving machine. We can do any size driveway. Hot mix asphalt leaves a solid, long lasting driving surface.
Recycled Asphalt
Former roadways are milled and delivered to asphalt plants for processing. They crush the asphalt into small pieces and offer it for sale or use it to make new hot mix asphalt. We purchase it for use as a top-coat and it is brought in with a dump truck for paving. We lay the asphalt through a professional paving machine and compact it with a roller.

Chip Seal - Tar & Chip
In certain circumstances, it may make sense to do chip seal (otherwise known as tar & chip). A layer of asphalt tar is sprayed before a layer of stone is put on top. Then the area is compacted with a roller.
Sealcoat, Rubber Crack Fill & Asphalt Restoration
Asphalt that is worn can, in most instances, be restored. This can be as simple as adding a spray sealcoat, but it can also be done with rubber crack fill, and various asphalt repairs as well. If you have a driveway that is worn we'd love to look at it. Most people find it to be a relief to get our take on what can be done with a worn drive.
Culverts, Concrete & Dirt Work
We can put in culverts, create ditches, raise areas with dirt, and other improvements. If concrete is involved, we can work with concrete partners to complete projects, and tie in any of our other services into where the concrete starts or stops. This means walkways, approaches, pads outside garages are possible in a number of styles and pavement types.
How it works:
Once we get a phone call, email, or free estimate form, we will talk about the job and arrange a visit (if needed). Once we see the property, we will send an estimate to your email. You confirm online and we setup a convenient time to come do the work. Please have vehicles off the areas we are paving if possible before we arrive. We rarely close access to a property when we pave and will work with you on anyone that needs access. We complete jobs in one or two visits and have streamlined the process. You will know exactly what we need to do to accomplish the job ahead of time. Once the job is done, we will ribbon off the area so nobody has access until you want them to :)

What does Paving cost?
Although it is very tempting to post costs here, it confuses the issue more than making it more understandable. We can sometimes quote over the phone, but we do prefer to see properties so we can effectively price things. Our pricing is based on how much material we need to bring in to complete the job. Please contact us and we'll answer anything we can.
